Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment. This is when we check, quality-control, and package your items with care. Please note that this does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable international carriers to deliver your order. The following options are typically available at checkout:
Standard International Shipping (Free for the regions listed above)
-Delivery Estimate: 2–14 business days
This is an economical choice for deliveries worldwide.
Express International Shipping (e.g., DHL, FedEx, SF Express)
-Delivery Estimate: 1–5 business days
A faster, tracked option for those who need their jewelry sooner. Additional fees apply.
Please note: Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed. They begin once the order has been handed to the carrier and do not include customs clearance times, which can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
A Pierce of Life cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.
