Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns for unused items in original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned.

Q: What is a flatback earring?
A: A flatback earring has a smooth, flat disc at the back instead of a traditional butterfly clutch. This design is more comfortable for sleeping, less likely to snag, and ideal for healing piercings.
Q: What post lengths do you offer?
A: We offer three post lengths:
-5mm – Best for thin earlobes or a snug fit
-6mm – Standard length, suitable for most earlobes
-8mm – Ideal for thicker lobes, cartilage piercings, or extra room for swelling
Q: How do I choose the right post length?
A: Consider your earlobe or cartilage thickness. For thin lobes, choose 5mm. For average lobes, choose 6mm. For thicker lobes or healing piercings that may swell, choose 8mm. Each product page lists available lengths.
Q: Are flatback earrings suitable for cartilage piercings?
A: Yes. Flatback earrings work well for helix, tragus, conch, and other cartilage piercings. We recommend 8mm post length for cartilage to accommodate swelling.
Q: Do you sell earrings as single pieces or pairs?
A: Flatback earrings are sold individually (per piece). Hoop earrings, stud earrings, and threader earrings are sold as pairs. This is specified in every product description.

A: We use two high-quality materials:
-925 Sterling Silver – International standard, eco-friendly 18K gold plating
-Titanium – Eco-friendly 14K gold plating
Q: Are your earrings nickel-free?
A: Yes. All of our earrings are nickel-free and lead-free, making them safe for sensitive skin.
Q: Are your earrings safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes. All of our jewelry passes SGS international quality inspections. They are hypoallergenic, skin-friendly, and safe for sensitive skin and healing piercings.
Q: Are your earrings safe for new piercings?
A: Yes. Titanium is especially recommended for new or healing piercings because it is lightweight, hypoallergenic, and non-reactive.
Q: Is your plating eco-friendly?
A: Yes. We use environmentally friendly electroplating processes for both our 18K gold (on sterling silver) and 14K gold (on titanium) finishes.

Q: Can I sleep with flatback earrings?
A: Yes. Flatback earrings are designed for comfortable all-night wear. The smooth flat disc prevents poking or digging into your neck and ear.
Q: Can I exercise or shower with them on?
A: Yes. You can wear them during exercise, daily activities, and even in the shower. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine or strong soaps.
Q: Can I wear them continuously without removing?
A: Yes. Our earrings are designed for long-term wear. Many customers wear them for weeks or months without removal, even while sleeping and exercising.
Q: How do I clean my earrings?
A: Use a soft silver polishing cloth to gently restore shine. For daily cleaning, wipe with a soft dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or ultrasonic cleaners unless specified.
Q: Do your earrings tarnish or fade?
A: With proper care, our gold plating maintains its shine for a long time. Avoid rubbing alcohol, chlorine, and abrasive materials. Occasional polishing with a silver cloth keeps them looking new.
Q: How do I put on a flatback earring?
A: Every flatback earring comes with an insertion tool for easy wearing. Insert the post through the back of your piercing, then screw the front attachment onto the post from the front.

A: An insertion tool is a small device that helps you grip and guide the earring post through your piercing, making it easier to put on flatback earrings — especially for hard-to-reach piercings like conch or tragus.
Q: Do I need special tools to wear your earrings?
A: No. Every earring comes with an insertion tool included. No additional tools are required.

Q: Flatback vs. butterfly back – which is better?
A: Flatback earrings are generally better for sleeping, healing piercings, and daily comfort because they don't poke or snag. Butterfly backs are more common but can trap bacteria and feel uncomfortable when lying down.
Q: Titanium vs. sterling silver – which is better for me?
A: Both are excellent choices. Titanium is lighter and even more hypoallergenic, making it ideal for very sensitive ears or new piercings. Sterling silver offers a classic feel and beautiful 18K gold finish for everyday wear.
