Return Period
We accept returns and exchanges for unused items within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any earrings that have been worn.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at email@apierceoflife.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

5-10business days for the refund to appear in your account. - The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. The same conditions and time frame listed above apply.
Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
